Our stay at this hotel had its highs and lows. The room was spacious and comfortable, with great amenities like a river view and a huge balcony. However, the elevator situation was frustrating, resulting in long waits, and we dealt with some cleanliness issues in the common areas. Overall, it was a mixed experience, but we enjoyed certain aspects enough to consider a return visit.
